This workshop is for birth workers and yoga professionals who wish to support women in their self empowerment during the sacred season of pregnancy. Embodied Wisdom is the intuition that we feel within our bodies, and this can be accessed using prenatal yoga sequences designed to heighten body awareness and open the chakras connected to birth; as well as meditation for fear releasing and visualization. You will learn what poses are beneficial for specific health ailments and complaints during pregnancy (like blood pressure, swelling, and indigestion) as well as emotional challenges (like fear and grief). You will be able to introduce clients to meditative movement with a purpose for mom and baby!
