Fertility Awareness Method

The Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) is a way of observing and charting fertility signs to determine fertile and infertile days during the menstrual cycle.  This information can be used to either avoid pregnancy, achieve pregnancy, or to monitor gynecological health.  FAM is an effective, well-researched method for determining fertility and infertility.  It is also an empowering way to better understand the menstrual cycle and develop a deeper relationship with your body.  This workshop will cover the history of natural family planning methods and their effectiveness, detailed physiology of the menstrual cycle and getting intimate with the three primary fertility signs.  Once we understand the fertility signs we will learn how to chart them and use those charts for determining gynecological health, natural birth control or increasing your chances of conception.
