Join us for a transformative week as we journey deep within to explore our profound connections with nature and sacred birth while playing, crafting and making music at an off-the-grid regenerative farm and retreat center on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica.

Birth Camp will be part of Jungle Camp!
This year, Birth Camp is being hosted in partnership with the Punta Mona Center for Regenerative Design and Botanical Studies, and our workshops will be offered as part of a larger event called Jungle Camp. Birth Institute will have three instructors on site with one to two workshops offered each day, as well as Birth Institute activities that encourage intimate sharing and connection. A more detailed list of birth-centered workshops and instructors is coming soon. As a camper you will also have the opportunity to choose from a broader range of activities and workshops while eating gourmet jungle cuisine, frolicking on the uninhabited beaches, cooling off in the river and going deep with new friends.
