What to expect

Birth Institute operates on rolling admission. Once we have received your online application form/fee and resume/CV, the admissions team will contact you to arrange a formal interview within 1-week. The interview will last for approximately 1-hour. Students will receive notice of acceptance or decline within 48-hours of interview and will be required to submit placement fee and/or tuition deposit within 2-weeks of acceptance in order to secure space in the program.

NOTE: we only interview students who are qualified and who have already met informally with our admissions team. If you have not yet met our admissions coordinator, please submit a CONTACT US form to setup a 20-minute information call.

Students who do not enroll within 30-days of application will be required to re-apply. Programs typically fill 6-12 months in advance of the start date and admission is not guaranteed until enrollment agreements, deposits and fees have been received. We ask that recommendation forms and transcripts arrive within 30-days of initial application and these items are required at least 45-days prior to the start of the program.
